BUSES FOR UKRAINE
2025
CURRENT
In collaboration with the Swiss Embassy and DECIDE, we are looking for decommissioned or soon-to-be decommissioned buses in Switzerland that can be used as school buses in Ukraine.
St. Gallen Helps Ukraine acts as a communication channel and mediator between our partners and Swiss stakeholders who can provide suitable buses.
The first 11 buses have already been delivered from St. Gallen to Chernihiv.
We are actively seeking more buses to support this initiative!

Among the partners of this event were UNITED 24 - a project launched by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy as the official donation platform of Ukraine.
This event raised funds for the reconstruction of an apartment complex in Irpin in collaboration with Elina Svetolina, the well-known tennis player who has joined UNITED 24 as an ambassador.
